9. Corcovado - Cristo Redemptor

- After our long trek on the Pedra da Gavea, we met Anya and Stefan at our hostel. They were planning to go to the Corcovado by foot. As we were still looking for adventures, we chose to join these german travellers. So we took the bus then follow Pierre's GPS instruction. We were climbing, kilometers after kilometers, then a car stopped and picked us up. (Here our German friends in the truck)

- We arrived at the entrance, paid the fee (7€) and walked again for the last 2.5 kms. And then...

Lapa

- During evening, visit of Lapa, a sumptuous quarter in Rio, famous for his steps and his bridge.
- It's time for us to go for new adventures. On the road between Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo, we will stop on Ilha Grande and Paraty.
